Recipe of the Week: Healthy L.A. Ambrosia Bowl

Healthy L.A. Ambrosia Bowl
4 tbs. olive oil or ghee (clarified butter)
2 lbs. lean ground chicken or turkey
1 large red onion sliced
1 lb. broccoli slaw julienned
2 bunches parsley chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Sauté meat and onions with the olive oil in a large pot or wok for 10 minutes or until browned. Add the broccoli, parsley, and spices and simmer until soft and cooked down for another 10 minutes. Eat by itself or serve over quinoa or brown rice.
