Satiated Garlic Steak and Kale Salad
Sauté onions, garlic, mushrooms
4-6 oz. organic pastured steak
Place on top of finely chopped Basil, Italian Parsley, Fennel/Anise, Beets, Kale
Add Red Quinoa, squeeze lemon and 2 tbs. olive oil on top
